Alpesh Yoga conducts regular Intensive yoga alignment course in Goa and Dharamshala. We invite you to participate in this residential Intensive alignment yoga course with food and accommodation or without food and accommodation spanning 5 Days which starts every Monday of the week and is designed for Yoga students who are interested in exploring Intensive alignment yoga and enhancing their Yoga practice.
The classes will emphasize on Proper alignment of each pose, adjustments, safety points, and contraindications, and how to use yoga props & sequencing.
Participants will receive the book ‘Light on yoga’ : A Preliminary Course – with photos and diagrams of each pose – to support their own practice. Alpesh yoga hall is fully equipped for teaching Intensive alignment yoga . Vegetarian meals, breakfast along with Coffee & tea are provided daily to all participants.
5 DAYS YOGA COURSE: DAILY SCHEDULE
Alpesh Yoga’s 5-day short yoga course in Goa is designed to bring your mind, body, and soul back in balance. Each day of the yoga course brings well structured classes in Arambol that will introduce you progressively to a mix of asanas, transitions, and alignment flows. Together, we bring a yogic experience that enhances both your inner and outer being.
7:15 am to 8:15 am Breath awareness and Mantra chanting meditation
8:30 am to 10:15 am Intensive yoga alignment class
10:30 am to 11:00 am Breakfast
12:30 pm to 1:30 PM Yoga Therapy and Alignment Theory class with Question answers
02 pm to 02:30 pm Lunch
02:30 PM to 04:30 pm self study and rest
04:30 pm to 06 pm General Yoga Asana class
06 pm to 07 pm sunset, beach time
07:30 pm Dinner
08 pm Rest time
Meals: Monday to Friday 3 meals, Saturday breakfast and lunch, Sunday holiday
