Alpesh Yoga conducts regular intensive courses in Goa and Dharamshala. We invite you to participate in this residential Intensive alignment yoga course spanning Without food and accommodation 280 euros and with food and accommodation 350 euros 8 Days Yoga students who are interested in exploring Intensive alignment yoga and enhancing their Yoga practice.
The classes will emphasize on Proper alignment of each pose, adjustments, safety points, and contraindications, and how to use yoga props & sequencing.
Participants will receive the book ‘Light on yoga’ : A Preliminary Course – with photos and diagrams of each pose – to support their own practice. Alpesh yoga hall is fully equipped for teaching Intensive alignment yoga . Vegetarian meals, breakfast along with Coffee & tea are provided daily to all participants.
This course is extended course to 5 days More beneficial than 5 days course 8 days journey to get better health

This 8-day yoga course in Goa brings a carefully tailored schedule of practice that will improve yoga precision, better alignment, and safe transitions. Every day is planned to enhance your practice through a balance of asanas, alignment flows, safety points, and adjustments, bringing synergy to one’s body and mind. The yoga learning schedule has been planned by seasoned yoga teachers, and will help make the most of your 8-day stay in the pristine Arambol.
7:15 am to 8:15 am Breath awareness and Mantra chanting meditation
8:30 am to 10:15 am Intensive yoga alignment class
10:30 am to 11:00 am Breakfast
12:30 pm to 1:30 PM Yoga Therapy and Alignment Theory class with Question answers
02 pm to 02:30 pm Lunch
02:30 PM to 04:30 pm self study and rest
04:30 pm to 06 pm General Yoga Asana class
06 pm to 07 pm sunset, beach time
07:30 pm Dinner
08 pm Rest time
Meals: Monday to Friday 3 meals, Saturday breakfast and lunch, Sunday holiday
