Starts every Monday through our Goa season, late October to April, at the Arambol campus. From May to September our teaching moves to Bhagsu, Dharamshala — so if you are travelling in those months, ask us about the 8 Day Retreat or the 5 Day Yoga & Meditation Immersion in the mountains instead.

Pricing & payment FAQ
All course fees are quoted in US dollars. You reserve your seat with a 30% deposit of your chosen course or retreat price and pay the balance in cash or by transfer when you arrive. We confirm availability within 24 hours of your booking before any payment is requested.
The deposit is not refundable, but it is fully transferable: if your plans change you can move it to any future batch within 12 months at either campus. The remaining balance is only paid on arrival, so you are never committing the full fee in advance.
Yes — book 60 or more days before your start date and you get $50 off any 100-hour course or retreat, or $100 off any 200 or 300-hour course.
Your room for the full course duration at either campus, three vegetarian meals a day, the course itself, your manual and props, and your certificate. Flights and visa are not included.
Yes. Every course has a tuition-only price for students who prefer to arrange their own stay. Arambol and Bhagsu both have plenty of guesthouses within walking distance of the shala.
